I’ve loved dresses since I was “knee-high to a duck”.  Growing up a “girly tomboy”, I was the girl who was one of the boys, playing in the mud in frilly dresses and saddleback shoes.  But during the winter months here in Atlanta, I have to pack my dresses away and get creative with pants.  It’s really easy to get stuck in a rut with the same ol’ denim jeans.  But with today’s fashion scene, there’s no need to rest on your denim-clad laurels.  Now I’m an equal opportunist when it comes to clothing as long as I can still look glam and over-the-top in the colder weather.  And with a head-turning knit shrug and brightly colored denim, I think I can do just that.
