I don’t think it would be any sort of spoiler alert for me to say that, both literally and figuratively, I prefer to live life out loud and in color.  To some, a neon fluted skirt could seem like a challenge, but I think you’d be surprised just how many colors neon yellow actually goes with.  Lately, I’ve been loving it with shades of blue.  Because this skirt guarantees that a person will be seen where ever you go, I decided to turn it up (possibly to an 11) for a recent evening out with friends complete with glitter loafers and southern certified big hair.
