As I mentioned on Friday, I attended my first WIT Forum last week.  I was a little nervous and intimidated by all of the women I knew I was going to have the opportunity to meet and speak with.  I decided that a new dress would help bolster my confidence so I headed over to the mall to see what struck my fancy.  As I came up the escalator, the first store I saw was Trina Turk.  I’d never gone into this store but decided now was as good a time as any given what I could see from their window display.

Filled with all sorts of gorgeous clothes, I immediately fell in love with the entire store.  Truth be told, me and the salesman (who was absolutely fabulous!) had fun playing dress up for a bit since I was the only person in the store and was game to try on some of the Pre-Fall New Arrivals they had just gotten in the back.  I fell in love with so many pieces, but I simply had to have this dress and shoe pairing for the WIT Forum.  And I’ve been rocking this brooch with just about every outfit I’ve worn since then because everything is better with a brooch.  That’s just a fact of nature.

There were a couple of other items that I vowed to make my mine on a future visit (for which blog posts will certainly be made).  I’m definitely crushing on this label now, so if you’ve never checked them out, definitely give their Pre-Fall and Fall collections a looksie.  You won’t regret it.
