I’ve never been great at the traditional work wardrobe thing. Don’t get me wrong, I love certain traditional elements like the cardigan and the pencil skirt but the idea of coordinating suits and separates of the conventional variety just do not speak to me whatsoever. I just don’t feel like myself which is to say comfortable. That’s why I have fun mixing my customary and non-customary pieces together like my navy pencil skirt and a simple fitted tee. I also added a mixed media bib and my beloved Rockstuds to edge up the look a bit. I call this a ready to “work-it” outfit.
