I’m quickly approaching my one year anniversary with my company, and it’s been a fun but tough year.  Stepping into the Marketing world from IT Consulting, I’ve definitely been operating on a learning curve that sometimes has had me doubting my level of success.  This week, any doubts I had were soothed by a quick 1-minute phone call from my boss.  He just wanted to call and let me know that I was kicking butt and people knew it.  That did more for my confidence level than any compliment of my shoes or outfit ever could.  Isn’t it amazing the power a simple thank you can have.  Hope everyone has a great weekend!
