It’s official!  Summer is here and if this past weekend is any indication of what’s to come, it’s going to be a hot one.  So it might seem weird that I’m pretty covered up considering the hot temps, but what’s more southern and summer glam than an airy maxi skirt and overly large sun hat?  This skirt is a current obsession of mine.  All of the flowing fabric simply begs to be twirled and swooshed around.  I had been stalking this particular style of skirt from Alice + Olivia for years (their version has maximum twirling potential) and when I finally found one on Rue La La for a great price, I had to snap it up!  Now my twirls and swooshes are unstoppable all summer long.
