During the month of November I’ve been spotlight a different Thanksgiving-approved dish each week (you can see my recipes for a soup, side dish, and the turkey). Today it’s time for the finale: dessert! I initially pinned this recipe on pinterest because I love a solid lemon dessert and figured this was just another lemon creme cake with a little herb thrown in. Boy was I wrong, and in the most delicious way. This cake is a bit more savory with the rosemary and olive oil. The lemon isn’t overpowering or tart so the flavors are subtle but wonderfully cohesive.
