I’ve stated numerous times my aversion to make-up, namely heavy goops and creams that I swear I can feel clogging every pore. Foundation, specifically, has always been a difficult entity for me. Like most people, my skin isn’t completely even, but the feel of a foundation is just too much for me to use on any sort of regular basis. Luckily, I’ve found a way around this particular obstacle by incorporating a bit of my everyday skin regimen into my make-up routine. Below, I walk you through my version of “No Foundation” foundation. You can easily replicate your own version with items you likely already have.
Step 1: Take you daily daytime moisturizer and squeeze a pea sized amount onto the back of your hand. I like Olay’s Regenerist because it isn’t greasy and has a bit of an SPF.
Step 2: Squeeze a second, pea-sized dollop of any tinted moisturizer onto the back of your hand as well. I use Laura Mercier‘s, again, because of the added SPF.
Step 4: Using your finger, mix the two moisturizers together until well blended then apply. The reason for this is because the tinted moisturizer can still be a bit too heavy for sensitive skin like mine. By mixing it with a daily moisturizer, I can use less while covering more!
Howdy superb blog! Does running a blog like this take a
massive amount work? I have no expertise in coding
however I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
Anyhow, should you have any suggestions or tips for new blog owners
please share. I know this is off topic nevertheless I simply wanted to ask.
Thanks!
