I have wanted to make this recipe for years. I tried it years ago in a Williams-Sonoma and is the reason I bought this book for my best friend before she was taken moved to Italy. I added a lot more garlic then the recipe calls for, but I come from a long line of garlic lovers. It’s a very robust and fresh flavor, especially considering it’s main ingredient is frozen peas. This is an incredibly easy and quick recipe to make (not to mention colorful), so it should definitely be added to your next party menu. You throw everything into a food processor and that’s really about it. Plus, if you have any left over, it tastes GREAT on a sandwich the next day…just sayin’.
