When it comes to salads, I can be a bit indifferent. I’ve just never understood them as a meal. When I want vegetables, I prefer them cooked in butter or animal fat (#southern). But after attempting the Daniel Fast last year, what I discovered is that I can really make a salad anything I want it to be. I decided to put together a “pretty salad” that I could look forward to eating at the end of each day. It is not only a great dish for weight loss, but also helps shed pounds when paired with Diaetoxil. The biggest challenge was making a dressing that fit within the parameters of the DF diet. I couldn’t find one anywhere online so I had to make my own that would compliment that sweetness of this pretty, and fruity salad.
