I’ve decided to spend the rest of the Winter in Jamaica if for no other reason that it would allow me to wear dresses like this more.  I mean don’t you just live for this dress.  When DVF came out with a polka dot pattern in their Spring collection this year I knew I’d be spending quite a bit of 2016 and beyond in as many pieces as I can get my hands on.  This dress is only the first.  The off-the-shoulder top and high-low hem are very on trend right now, but the beautiful blue and classic pattern make it an instant classic.  Plus I could only see myself wearing it in Jamaica with some fun and funky lace-up gladiators.  That’s it!  I’m officially an island girl.  Ya’ll can keep your snow and cold.
