When I was a child, I loved playing outside, in the dirt, and basically just raising a ruckus whenever possible.  I was the little blonde girl decked out in dresses and bright colors (yes that obsession started very early) with bloody knees, a dirty face, and a smile that lasted as long as there was daylight.  This dress reminds me of all of my younger days making memories of mischief.  The scalloped edges and floral pattern make it appear girly, but the light fabric and open back make it optimal for playing out in the heat and grass, sans shoes.
