Did you ever see that movie with Sarah Michelle Gellar where she can cook her feelings into the food she makes, and those feelings are transferred to whomever eats the food? So here’s a bit of trivia about me, I sort of do the same thing. I swear I’m not as crazy as that sounds. I like to play specific music while I cook certain foods. See, not crazy at all. I just think it makes the food taste better (okay maybe a tad bit eccentric). Food is how I like to show love, and music just helps me to feel at ease while I’m cooking and if a little of that energy makes it into the food, so be it. For my first French dish, I had to have a French-inspired playlist which I have listed below. I realize Frank is not French, but trust me, he just fits right in with Edith, Eartha, and the gang.
