Sparkles, baubles, regalia, frosting, whatever you may call your jewelry, these beauties are meant to be seen. That’s one of the reasons I like to keep mine out and everywhere. Over the last several years I’ve gone through several variations of my personalized jewelry display. Below are some of my tried and true tricks to keeping your jewelry on display in a fun way that is as functional as it is beautiful.
{I like to use a couple of pieces from my grandmother’s vintage tea set to store certain items. Specifically, using a plate for my bigger sized earrings is great at keeping them grouped together and presented in a pretty way.}
{It’s important to group like with like, brooches with brooches, and cufflinks with cufflinks. It gives everything a proper place and makes keeping things organized much easier.}
{I love color in my life, whether it be my crazy lipsticks, my wardrobe, or even my kitchen wares. So adding a touch of color with a pretty bowl is a no brainer.}
{Since my jewelry collection isn’t entirely conventional, why should my jewelry storage be? This mini bust statue was a great find at my local Home Goods. Since most of my vintage necklaces don’t come with boxes, this way a great way to keep them displayed in a way that makes me smile even when I’m not wearing one of these pretties.}
{Recycle, reduce, reuse. This post is called “Thinking outside the [jewelry] box” for a reason. Using old items like a champagne bottle or a macaroon box 😉 is a great way to keep things organized in an unconventional sort of way. Get creative!}
{I have numerous oversized statement bib necklaces. And while I adore them, what to do with them when I’m now wearing them was a bit difficult. I happen to have a few spare wall prints that I could easily drape a necklace or too around the edges to incorporate into my display.}
