As soon as Paul picked Jamaica for his 30th Birthday celebration, I knew I had to plan an outfit around my favorite hat (last seen here).  Cue the search for the perfect maxi; enter this dress!  The crochet top is so different, and the stripes are perfect amount of drama to match the hat.  Plus it kept me cool under the hot Jamaican sun.  The black and white of this outfit simply begged for bright red accents and just a touch of leopard.
