This may be one of those dishes where I love the look more than the taste (and I love the taste). I saw a similar looking dish somewhere in the blogosphere and just had the immediate urge to recreate the look (I tried finding it again but was unsuccessful). Now there was no recipe attached to the picture so I had to improvise based on what I could see. The sweet watermelon and the tart berries, when sprinkled with a little citrus juice, is quite good. It’s a welcome taste of summer while Atlanta is still trying to figure out what season it is.
