Like any good Southern woman worth her pearls, I know how to make an overly indulgent dessert. To wit, I bring you this decadent little number that simply begs for indulgence! It’s a fun way to take a basic, classic dessert and spruce it up a bit with an unexpected flavor and a fun presentation. I will say that the consistency is more like that of a mousse than a pudding but the taste is incredible. I like to reserve some banana slices and whole crackers for the top layer to really put a final flourish on the overall look.
