When most people make a dip, they usually aren’t of the dessert variety. Admittedly, I usually think of dips as standard appetizer fair. So when I came across this recipe on pinterest, it caught my eye with its abundance of beautiful fruit, and it’s use of the word “Cheesecake” emblazoned across the picture. I love that this is a no-bake dip so it’s easy to make any time, even as a last minute dessert for an impromptu get-together. I took the recipe’s advice and made some gingersnaps (using this recipe). Though mine didn’t come out quite as waif-like as I had wanted, they still had a great taste that went really well with the sweetness of the dip.
