I realize that most people spend their Fall hopped up on anything pumpkin spiced, which has just never really been my cup of tea. Apple Cider on the other hand, now that’s just a warm cup of hugs. So this past weekend I picked up a bottle of my favorite cider and spices so that I can have some readily available when ever the mood strikes. Well, the mood struck Sunday evening, so my friend Katherine and I decided to add a little flourish to our cider by way of some bourbon and a bit of bubbly. As the temperature continues to slowly drop, it’ll come in handy to have a cocktail that can warm me from the inside out. Cheers!
